Shuttle to Chateau & Welcome Party
Attire: Cocktail, Garden Party

Guests driving themselves may check-in to the chateau at the Orangerie . Chateau staff will direct you to the parking area.
4:30p
Guests taking the shuttle will arrive at the chateau for check-in.

We will have a Welcome Party with drinks and food in front of the Chateau.

Excursion to Saint Émilion
Attire: Casual (wear comfortable shoes!)

Self-serve breakfast will be available in the Chateau kitchen. All guests are invited to eat in the dining room.
9:30a
Shuttle to Saint Émilion arrives for guests attending the day-trip. This day-trip will include a wine tasting, a guided tour of the underground monuments, with free time to explore the town and eat lunch and dinner of their choosing.
Those who do not want to attend will have a free day to themselves on the Chateau grounds to relax by the pool, hike on the grounds, play tennis, or explore the region on their own.

Rehearsal Dinner
Attire: Cocktail, Garden Party

Self-serve breakfast will be available in the Chateau kitchen. All guests are invited to eat in the dining room.

All wedding guests are invited to the Rehearsal Dinner in the garden behind the Chateau—we’re having Mike’s favorite food!
Bar staff will be serving drinks in the Jazz Bar at the ground floor of the Chateau.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception
Attire: Whimsical Black-Tie (Optional), Garden Party

Self-serve breakfast will be available in the Chateau kitchen. All guests are invited to eat in the dining room.

Guests are invited to have a refreshment before finding their seats for the Wedding Ceremony which will take place directly in front of the Chateau.

Wedding Ceremony begins.

Cocktail Hour in France lasts for 2 hours, unlike the American single hour. Guests can enjoy drinks and a collection of delicious French canapés.
7:00p
Reception begins and guests are seated for dinner on the Terrace.
Dancing to follow in the Grand Hall.

Late-night food is served.
1:00a - 2:30a
After Party at the Jazz Bar.

Post-Wedding Pool Party
Attire: Casual, Swimwear

Self-serve breakfast will be available in the Chateau kitchen. All guests are invited to eat in the dining room.

For those of us who want to sleep in after the wedding, we will be serving brunch by the pool! Please take the rest of the day to recover from the late-night-festivities and explore the rest of the Chateau grounds before we depart tomorrow.

The Jazz Bar will be open for all guests.

Check-Out & Shuttle to Bordeaux

We’re so bummed to say, it’s time to check-out. A shuttle will be available to transport guests back to the Bordeaux Train Station.
